Code of Ethics and Certification
We have adopted a Code of Ethics that guides our daily choices, based on values such as integrity, inclusiveness, transparency and respect for the environment.
In addition, we are actively pursuing Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) certification, an internationally recognized standard for sustainable tourism practices.

A building constructed from wood
Our hotel was designed by AbitoHolz, a company specializing in green building.
The choice of wood as the main material drastically reduces the building’s carbon footprint and ensures high energy performance, thanks to natural insulation, breathability, and low CO₂ emissions.
Sustainable energy and mobility
LED lighting and high-efficiency fixtures to reduce consumption.
Availability of charging stations for electric cars to encourage green mobility.
Water management and linen
Linen change every 2/3 days to save water and detergent.
Daily change is available for those who wish, upon request and at no additional cost.

We believe that sustainability is a shared commitment. Therefore, we encourage our guests to:

We believe in a greener future, which is why Hoody is also easily accessible by public transportation. 🚄
The nearest train station is Rovereto, about 25 km from Arco, which is well connected to major Italian cities. From there, you can continue comfortably by bus thanks to frequent daily runs (Trentino Trasporti lines) that will take you directly to Arco in just over half an hour.
Alternatively, you can choose to arrive by bicycle, along the bike path that runs along the lake, surrounded by nature.
